Adding Rambler Bucks
Students
Students and parents may deposit Rambler Bucks into a student's Campus Card Rambler Bucks account with any of the following methods:
- Cash: using any of the Value Transfer Stations (VTS) located at either campus.
- Check: at the Office of the Bursar, located at:
- Lake Shore Campus: Sullivan Center, 1st floor
- Water Tower Campus: 25 E. Pearson, Lobby
- Credit Card: using the Community System's Online Card Center and My Accounts. Online deposits may be made in any amount using Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Currently, the Community System has been in operation for a full academic year in place of the former Online Card Office. The Online Card Center portion of this application updates cardholders with new facets of the Rambler Bucks program, as well as providing basic information regarding Rambler Bucks. The My Accounts portion of this application allows cardholders to check Rambler Bucks Account Balances, View Rambler Bucks Statements, Deposit Funds, Suspend Activity on their Card, View Transaction History, and receive Email Notifications as requested.
The Community System provides all cardholders with improved self-service and the ability to effectively manage their Rambler Bucks account.
Rambler Bucks deposits may not exceed $1000.00 per person per day.
Faculty & Staff
Faculty and staff may add Rambler Bucks to their Campus Cards and receive the same benefits as students, including paying no sales tax on food purchases at Loyola's dining facilities.
