Payroll Deduction FOR FACULTY AND STAFF
Faculty and Staff are able to purchase a membership to the Halas Sports Center through payroll deduction.
You can begin your membership by filling out the Start Payroll Deduction form.
Your membership will continue until you fill out a Stop Payroll Deduction form. Your deductions will continue, at the current annual membership rate, until you fill this form out.
The membership rate is based on the Annual Membership rate:
