RSVP/Apparel Ordering
It is imperative that all faculty RSVP for the ceremony they plan to attend. This ensures that adequate seating is provided on stage and/or on the main floor. You will be notified via the FAC-POST and your Dean’s office when the online mechanisms for RSVP and ordering apparel are available for use.
Processional
Faculty are asked to report to the Halas Center at least 30 minutes prior to the start of ceremony for processional line-up. Specific instructions come directly from your Dean’s office.
