The Center for Experiential Learning works with a variety of organizations that provide internship opportunities to students. Students must enroll in an internship course at Loyola University in order to receive academic credit for an internship. This hot list consists of featured internships recently made available to Loyola students through the Center for Experiential Learning.
Students can find more internship opportunities by visiting eRecruiting, Loyola's on-line posting system, and searching for job and internship opportunities. Detailed instructions for accessing and searching eRecruiting are available on the CEL web site.

Charis Ministries
Charis Ministries (located at Loyola's Lake Shore Campus) is a ministry of the Chicago Province of Jesuits, providing retreats and other spiritual programs to young adults in their 20's and 30's. The Accounting Assistant will maintain the general ledger in the Peachtree accounting software under the supervision of the Business Manager.
College Fanz Sportz Network
College Fanz.com provides unique internship opportunities to create content and write for a college's CollegeFanz web site. Interns follow their college's favorite sports team, and they gain valuable experience at the same time. College Sports Writer and Broadcaster Internships are currently available.
Cook County Clerk's Office
The Cook County Clerk's office is seeking a Project Management Intern to manage databases and coordinate training and recruitment events with multiple offices. This internship will provide a Loyola student with the unique opportunity to experience a Presidential Election from inside one of the largest Election Authorities in the United Stated.
Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU)
CNU (located at 140 S. Dearborn Street, Suite 310) is seeking fall interns for a variety of tasks. Internships at CNU are an ideal training opportunity for individuals with an interest in and broad knowledge of urban planning, architecture, design, real estate, public relations, and/or journalism.
Kaplan Higher Education
Kaplan Higher Education (located at 311 S. Wacker Drive, Suite 3300) is seeking a Public Relations Intern to write and compile media materials, build and maintain press lists, and assist the PR director with general Public Relations projects.
