Group Study Reservations
Reserving a Group Study Room
There are approximately 25 Group Study Rooms available for students to use. To reserve a room, you can use our online reservation system.
Rules for Reserving a Group Study Room
- Users can reserve a group study room for up to 2 hours per day.
- Reserved rooms not occupied within 10 minutes of the beginning of the reservation, will forfeit the room and it will be released for use by another user.
- Group study rooms cannot be held by placing personal belongings in them. Unattended items will be removed and held until close at the Second Floor Service Desk before being sent to the University’s Lost and Found.
How do I make a reservation for a Group Study or Teamspot room?

Visit our Group Study Room Reservation System by clicking here.

Click on the "Log In" button to access the personal reservation portal.
- Enter your Loyola Universal ID and password, and then click "Log In".
This is the same information you use to login to the computer labs and your GroupWise email account. -
From the room types provided, select the type for which you wish to reserve a room. From the listed rooms, click on "+" for the start time of your reservation.

Enter the length of your reservation - either 1 or 2 hours.

Click "Save My Group Study Room Reservation" to continue.

A confirmation page for your reservation will be provided. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to your LUC email address. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, an additional email will be sent to confirm your cancellation.
