SBA StudentsLoyola's undergraduate program in business administration is designed to provide an excellent business education inspired by the Jesuit tradition of educating the whole person. The program also focuses on major areas of business that include:

The curriculum stresses traditional oral and written communication skills, as well as competence with the latest information technology that links businesses worldwide. In addition, students receive a foundation in 10 knowledge areas and four "values across the curriculum" through the university's Core Curriculum.

Each area of business study has been designed to help students develop the personal qualities that will contribute to successful careers, intellectual growth and personal satisfaction. Business courses not only teach students how companies and other enterprises function, but also focus on ethics and values. Students also learn how essential it is to be adaptable in an evolving business environment that must respond to a dynamic global society and rapid changes in technology.
