Institute of Paralegal Studies Admission Requirements
To apply for admission to the Institute of Paralegal Studies program, the following admission requirements must be met:
- Education: Accredited bachelor's degree
- Grade point average: A minimum GPA of 2.5/4.0 at each post-secondary institution previously attended
Application Requirements
To apply for admission to the Institute of Paralegal Studies program, the following is required from domestic applicants:
- A completed admission application
- A $25 non-refundable application fee (fee waived for online application)
- One set of official academic records from high school or the GED report, and official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended.
- Two letters of recommendation
- An interview is required before an admission decision is rendered. Please call 312-915-6501 to schedule an interview with an academic advisor (days, evenings or Saturdays).
- A personal statement
- TOEFL or IELTS scores.
- A Declaration and Certification of Finances Form
- Evaluations of international transcripts by an outside credentialing service. Go to www.ece.org for information about this service and to download an application.
