Application Prodedures
To Apply as a Current Loyola Student (Internal Transfer): Current Loyola students who wish to internal transfer to the Clinical Laboratory Science program are to first complete all prerequisite courses (or enrolled in their final prerequisites), with the intent to internal transfer in the 3rd year. Students are to submit:

A completed Internal Transfer Application.

A copy of the Advising Report from LOCUS.

A 350-500 word statement, discussing why the Clinical Laboratory Science program was chosen, and how completing the program will help meet personal and/or professional goals.

To Apply as a New Loyola Student (External Transfer): New applicants interested in the Clinical Laboratory Science program must first apply via Undergraduate Admission to the the College of Arts and Sciences. Once all prerequisites are met, students will then follow the Internal Transfer process above.
