Application Instructions
We invite you to apply to the School of Continuing and Professional Studies and join a community of working professionals and full-time students who have chosen to advance their careers by pursuing a degree.
For admission consideration to the BA in Management, the BA in Management with Paralegal Certificate, or the BS in Emergency Healthcare Management, please submit the following application materials:
- A completed application for admission
- A $25 non-refundable application fee (fee waived for online application)
- An official high school transcript or GED report, and an official transcript from every post-secondary institution attended
- A typed statement of purpose, between 350 and 500 words, indicating reasons for seeking further education and how this program will help achieve professional or personal goals.
- For international applicants, the following documents are required in addition to those listed above:
- TOEFL or IELTS scores. If you are already in the Chicago area, you may take the TELA.
- A Declaration and Certification of Finances Form
- Evaluations of international transcripts by an outside credentialing service. Go to www.ece.org for information about this service and to download an application.
