Minutes of the October 5, 2004 Strategic Planning UPC
Present: Michael Garanzini, S.J., William Cannon, Diane Geraghty, Geri Hudson, Kelly Carter, Dan Flynn, Bill Laird,
Anthony Barbato, and Jon Heintzelman,
1. Review of the NCA Self-Study Recommendations. It was determined that NCA recommendations along with the self-study
report should be circulated throughout the university for review.
2. Status of FY ’05 Strategic Initiatives. The results of the discussion are captured in the table below. It was also recommended
that the NCA recommendations and other initiatives being worked on in various areas of the university be integrated into the
chart. The enhanced list will be reviewed at the October 22 Leadership Meeting.
