General Instructions
To apply for admission to the Ph.D. program, the following documents are required from domestic applicants:- A completed admission application
- A $40 non-refundable application fee (fee waived for online application)
- Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended (M.S.W. degree required), showing a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Official MAT scores
- A sample of case material from the applicant's recent practice. The sample should include both process material and a discussion of the applicant's theoretical understanding of the issues involved in the case.
- Three letters of recommendation (at least one letter from a setting where the applicant has work or volunteer experience)
- A personal statement
- All applications must be turned in by January 1st.
- TOEFL or IELTS scores
- A Declaration and Certification of Finances Form
- Evaluations of international transcripts by an outside credentialing service. Go to www.ece.org for information about this service and to download an application.
